Welcome to Magnifide Web Services

Data and Services on Demand

What's New

Welcome to the Magnifide Web Services website, your one-stop shop for accessing and integrating mortgage data and services on demand. Formerly known as Mortgage Web Services, Magnifide Web Services refers collectively to MSP Web services and third-party Web services, which are made available to any application on demand via Fidelity National Information Services' (FIS) technology platform. The open-standards platform provides loan-level access to MSP data as well as a full range of service providers, allowing in-house applications and delivery channels to launch data and service requests directly, securely and in real-time.

MSP and third-party data and service orders are conveyed as XML data streams to facilitate MSP read, add, update and delete operations, third party service requests and back-end response integration on demand. Mortgage servicers and their business trading partners can read and update MSP data fields from a customer service or default application or teller platform, for example. They can use this same platform to request third-party data and services, such as broker price opinions, property inspections and document services.

Our goal is to provide you with the most comprehensive and efficient technology platform in the industry for accessing and integrating mortgage data.

Two avenues are available from this website to facilitate use of Magnifide Web Services. A browser-based graphical user interface is available for placement and fulfillment of payoff quotes and third-party Web service orders online (the Order Exchange). In addition, extensive business and technical documentation is published, enabling users to program application calls for MSP Web services. Eventually, we will augment this source with third-party Web Services technical documentation as well.
